Pours a nice moderate amber color with a small 1 finger off-white head.
Smells of very aromatic floral hops, a hint of pine, and a touch of malty sweetness.
Taste is up front, in your face hops, but a different type of hop profile than I'm used to. It has a bit of an earthy quality, lots of floral notes, some piney notes, and a nice aromatic feeling in the mouth. There's a slight bit of maltiness to give it just the right amount of balance, but this is all about the hops.
It's medium bodied and a bit oily in the mouth. It's nicely drinkable.
Note: for an APA, this is quite hoppy.
