Dark brass color, great clarity. Very clear with fine bubbles rising. Voluminous fluffy cream colored head looks like chiffon. Sticky lace decorates the glass from head to toe as though someone glued foam rubber to my pint glass. This beer is an absolute knockout. I have no choice but to give it a 5 for appearance.
Scent: grapefruit, pine, sweet citrus, fresh bread
Taste: Grapefruit, pine, citrus. sticky sweetness. Light bitterness - hops are primarily scent and flavor. Tastes wonderfully fresh and juicy. Bitterness and heat are not at all high and I wonder what the IBU's are.
Mouth is very slick, oily, with a brief clean finish. Reasonably full.
Drinkability is wonderful.
This beer is utterly delicious.
