2011 Sierra Nevada Glissade, 12oz's into Fischer's .4L tulip. Pours like it states, a cool golden shade with a 3/4" white head that doesn't stick around long and leaves little to no lacing. Smells of light Crystal, Pale, and Biscuit malt. There is a slight hop character in the nose, most likely Hallertau. Taste is caramel up front, with the biscuit malts coming through in the back. Mild hop bitterness shines through on the swallow. Mouthfeel is to style, medium carbonation. Overall, this is an "ok" beer from SN. I'm glad I got a good deal on these, because it will most likely be the last time I reach for them again. Stick to the hop forward offerings from this brewery, thats what they do best. Cheers!
