Slightly cloudy, very golden, no head and no lace. Wheat smell, with a sickly sweet remainder, not exactly pleasant. Mouth is like eating a bowl of sugar corn pops with a sweetness that lingers. Otherwise washes like water with a bit of bitter. Taste? Surely this is the poor man's Celebrator. It's better than other bock beers. Bitter is balance with malty-bready wheat. Slight rust note and slight licorice.
Hard to classify other than "I'd prefer other SN beers". Not bad, but Dundee's Bock is much better for less in this style.
