Appearance: Subdued golden color.
Smell: Fairly hoppy in the nose.
Taste: Tangy sharpness first, followed by some maltiness. Fairly hoppy.
Mouthfeel: Not as richly malty as other bocks I've had.
Drinkability: Not the smoothest beer but solid. A little bitter for my tastes. Decent and worth checking out.
Odd and Ends - I liked the new name, though I had to do a little work to figure out what a "Glissade" is: "a way of sliding down a steep slope of snow or ice, typically on the feet with the support of an ice ax."
Serving type: bottle
