I poured this beer from a bottle into a tapered pilsner glass. The initial head was very light and fluffy. This dissipated pretty quickly into a small halo around the top of the glass.
This beer is a orangy/yellow. This beer is pretty clear.
I didn't get much off the top of this glass. There was just some grassiness in the nose.
The body was pretty thin, as you would expect for this beer. I get more of the grassiness in the flavor and some sweet taste. In the after-taste I get a pretty decent amount of bitterness.
This was an interesting experience. I'm glad that I was able to pick up a bottle.

This is a real pretty beer, both when being made and the final product. Dark yellow, big 1" head white. The aroma is pretty neutral.
Taste still leans hoppy for style true to form for Sierra Nevada, this one drops plenty of wheat and barley, lemon like feels. Lots of pleasantries for someone who doesn't like the over bittering hopping, this one has it above average for style, but stays in check otherwise. Definite breadiness. Hearty carbonation. Has a dry and almost chalk like finish after a full mouthfeel gamut of bread feels.
