12oz bottle poured into DFH off-centered ale glass.
A-A beautiful copper body that has a slight haze to it. When poured the off-white head is dense and a good fingers width. Leaves nice lacing while I enjoy this brew.
S-The nose of this beer is great and powerful. Citrus and tropical fruit notes are upfront with this one. Get some nice toned down hop spice notes in it as well as caramelized sugar thrown in.
T-Overall taste of this beer is great and goes along the same guide lines as the smell for the most part. I get hops throughout the palate without it being overly bitter, especially at the finish. The wheat and munich malt used give a nice backbone to the beer. Alcohol is there but very subtle in the finish. Does not drink like a 10% booze beer.
M-A nice medium bodied beer. Finishes more on the sweet side. Good carbonation.
O-Highly drinkable beer that masks the high abv. The nose and aroma are spot on for an imperial IPA. This might be my favorite beer from SN.

Pours a brilliant, glowing amber color with a small white foam head that recedes quickly. Leaves a little bit of lacing. Surprisingly murky.
Nose leads with floral notes and citrus, and lots of hops. Grapefruit and pine are noticeable.
Oy. This one punches you right in the face with the hops. Followed up by some light caramel malts. Light grassiness and floral notes. Pine resin. Grapefruit. Good deal of bitterness, and a bit of alcohol warmth.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied. A little dry. Slightly sticky, but still goes down pretty smooth for such a hoppy brew. Medium carbonation.
Overall, as implied by the name, this one is very hoppy. Surprisingly easy to drink. Strongly recommend this one.
