Another classic IPA from Sierra Nevada. Look this one up. Really nice background as the entire brew is made from ingredients native to the Napa (Sierra Nevada) area.
Pours a hazy dark amber with an ample pale tan head. Really nice hoppy and citrus aroma on the nose, with some fruit tones.
Taste is what you'd expect from a wonderful IPA. Bountiful hops and citrus. This one is well-balanced though, but it is intense. A sipper. A little hint of yeasty barleywine-like flavors as well.
Finish is tingly and again, HOPPY. Nice IPA.

Cracked this open on a wonderful summer night a few days back! Golden, Hoppy, Fresh, perfectly balanced! Foamy, creamy head! Year 2011. Aging in my fridge. Loved drinking, but sad, I will not be able to find this beer again. It was perfect! If I find this beer, anywhere, it will go home with me! Even, my friend liked it and he is a stout man.

1pt. 9.4 fl. oz's. bottle with green wax cover
Amber and gold color, bright and clear look. A massive, chunky mountain of sea-foam caps off the liquid in grand style. wicked sticky, clumpy lace sticks all around the glass.
Robust, complex hop aroma! Citrus tingle, earthiness, tangy, wild, fresh and exciting. Malty-sweet in the back ground.
Well, it's a wet-hop bomb! Fresh, complex hop flavor's, some of the very best i'e ever experienced. These guys are the masters of the cascade hop, and as usual the blend and balance of flavor's is a work of art. Organic barley, malt and hops, wet-hopped, ultra fresh in flavor. Sublime.
This beer really brings it in the hop department. A masterful work of one of the grandest, American styles, the IPA.
