Poured from a 750 ml bottle into a snifter.
A: Dark golden hue. Pours a 1 finger, foamy, white head. Lingers. Plenty of spiderweb lacing. Very persistent.
S: Strong hop, with plenty of honey, and orange citrus.
T: Rye bread, bitter hops, a little butterscotch and honey, and a bit of smoked wood chips.
M: Hearty and syrupy body. A little sweetness lingers throughout. Crisp and pristine hop. Bitter, pungent aftertaste. Dry finish.
D: Sip and enjoy.
Atmosphere is really strong. Dark hue, tight foamy head, and pervasive lacing. Nose is hoppy and citrusy with a bit of sweetness. Pungent bready flavor with some hints of sweetness and some wood chips, balancing out a full-on smooth hop bite. Full and robust. Overall, this is a great quaff.

A: Beautiful copper-orange color with two fingers of white head which lingers leaving a large ammount of lacing.
S: Hops, sweet malt, tropical fruit
T: Taste follows the nose. Begins with a blast of hops and finishes sweet. Grapefruit notes.
M: Medium to full bodied. Good amount of carbonation.
O: I enjoyed this one a lot. I love the story of this beer as I have gone to Sierra Nevada multiple times and seen the fields where they grew the ingredients.Great beer.
