This one was worth the effort looking for it!!! Looks like a magazine beer ad. Beautiful clear, light, orange-amber color. Huge white head that hangs in there for a long time. Excellent lacing. Smell is fairly impressive, mostly hops but milder than Celebration Ale or Bigfoot, as befits an APA. Taste is very good. Hoppy but not over-the-top. Good enough for a hophead but not something that would put off any fan of beers with taste. (i.e. anyone but Coors Lite fans).
Mouthfeel is enhanced by the coating this beer leaves on the tongue, the first taste would be a bit on the light side...the rest of the experience is fine.
This beer is highly drinkable. 6.2 don't qualify as a session beer for most, but if I had an opportunity to do pitchers of this stuff, I would have no problem slowing down and making it a longer session. This is highly swillable and a great beer.
