Reddish amber brew with a very thick and fluffy pale ale head that sticks to the glass in clumps; very nice. Aroma is straight piney and floral, hop oils shine through. Taste is slightly syrupy and thick, the pine-needle-like hops really shine through. Malts give it a slight sweetness, like a sugar-free syrup; very well balanced. Goes down smooth, and quite drinkable despite the level of hoppiness.
I liked it better than the SNPA and the Anniversary Ale. Probably on an even keel with the Celebration Ale. Will definitely return to this in years to come.
