a - pours a crystal clear, deep golden color and forms a pinky of dense, off white foam. head calms slowly to a thin cap and stays put. leaves thin, webby lacing in this glass.
s - earthy, crackers/breadcrumbs, faint citrus, faint apple, maybe some faint berry too.
t - rich toasted bread malt character with a pronounced hop spiciness. peppery, but without the bite. faint fruity notes creep in, then a subtle, earthy bitterness. i'm getting grapefruit, orange, sour apple and maybe even faint savory herbs like rosemary or oregano.
m - firmly medium in body with just enough carbonation to accentuate the spiciness. medium co2 profile, and a little on the sticky side.
o - quite enjoyable and great german pilsener imo. hits all of the style points but lacks most of the things i don't enjoy in many other pilseners - coarse mouthfeel, overbearing spiciness, weak malt character. i might have to pick up another beer camp box.

A- Clear golden yellow body and a white foam cap of head. Constant stream of bubbles.
A- Clean malt light grassy hops.
T- Grainy sweet malt with a light bitterness that comes through more and sticks around in the finish. Not much in the way of hop flavor.
M- Medium body and smooth with an appropriate level of carbonation.
D- It's not bad, but there are better pilsners out there.
