Served in a goblet, Ovila signature glass.
Appearance: A semi-cloudy brown, with slight amber tint to the body. Bubbles are light topped off with a 1/4" orange-white head, settles quick after a sip.
Smell: As I poured it into the glass, you smell the yeast and malts.
Taste: This beer is dessert, not sweet like fruit beers but closer to red wine type of feel. Yeast is pretty evident malty with no complaints.
Mouth: Smooth medium texture. Feels a little light but when you feel the smoothness you know this is a quality.
Overall: A lot better than what I thought, I love dubbels and to compare this with the others I have had this beer feels like a steal. Salud!
