A golden colored brew with orange high lights.
Looks lightly carbonated.
Average size white foamy head dense and mousse like. There appears to be some fine sediment possibly chill haze.
A very aromatic brew.
Hops pop with tropical fruit bouquet featuring pineapple. Malts are light and well in background.
Bitter as a son of a gun. Well hopped with floral and pine. I can taste, barely, caramel malts who are fighting a losing battle here.
Hop flavor is nicely represented by is insanely bitter to me.
Very thick and sticky brew, dry with loads of puckering bitterness well into the aftertaste.
And 8.5 on the ABV meter, you never know it.
A good powerful brew, alittle too rich for my blood.
