Poured from 12 oz bottle into a Southern Tier Tulip
A - Pours a nice yellow orange color, a little lighter than an imperial IPA normally. Very Clear and barley any hop haze. Off white head that sticks around and is extremely fluffy, lacing is decent.
S - Sunshine in a bottle. Reminds me of other Double IPAs like Blue Dot IPA. Very nice with a lot of floral hop and some mild citrus.
T - Bold Bitterness and some spiciness that is present in thier Celebration ale. More hop presence though and bit bitter and dry finish. perfect for the style, but nothing over the time or adventurous.
M - Carbonation is solid and no alcohol to be found.
Notes - Pretty solid, and very drinkable. Not quite enough sweetness to balance out the bitterness and keeps it from being over the top delicious.
