Bought a mix-12 "Beer Camp" pack of this from Payless Liquors in Fisher, IN for $14.99. Poured one of the 12 FL. OZ. bottles w/ a Green Label and a Wooden Brew Kettle in a forest into a 16oz Pint Glass. Has 2171218:59 on the front of the bottle neck.
Aroma- Floral aroma with tons of malt in the backbone. Light and just like the name of the beer states.
Appearance- Pours a .5 finger head that dies quick. Has a deep reddish copper body with almost no clarity. Leaves a few suds behind.
Flavor- Very easy hop flavor... Citrus comes up a tab but very floral. Can you imagine it having floral attributes? Malt is sweet in here too. Light-Medium Bitterness.
Mouthfeel- Medium Bodied, Light-Medium Carbonation, Smooth, Sweet hops on the finish and good malt.
Overall Impression- A very lightly hopped up beer on this "Beer Camp" Series, my second one enjoying. Interesting that even Sierra Nevada changes up their recipe for this style of beer. Above average but wouldn't return to this one over any of the other Sierra Nevada beers.
