P: Hazy, effervescent orange copper colored body topped by a full finger of frothy khaki head that settles to a bubbly layer.
S: Sweet malt, citrus fruit esters, alcohol stings the nose with a sensation similar to icy hot. Floral aroma of a fresh flower arrangement, pronounced hops, and eucalyptus. The nose is very powerful and almost burns. Aroma has a sun tan lotion similarity.
T/M: Body has aggressive carbonation and provides an medium oily feel that coats the mouth. Fresh and floral as expected. The fresh floral hops provide a great amount of hop bitterness. Presence of orange oil, timid grape fruit, pine resin and eucalyptus provide a great balance to the sweet malt. Aggressively hoped but not overly bitter. Finishes wet with a slow building dryness.
O: Fresh and clean hops provide a refreshing IPA that is sure to please. The floral notes are spot on and the addition of orange and pine create a harmonious brew. I would love to see this in a six pack.
