A: pours a light golden orange with a finger and a half of slightly off white dense head with good retention
S: smells floral with a hint of grapefruit and some underlying sweetness
T: floral hops with a slight citrus kick, caramel malt and some lightly toasted malt in the middle. decent bitterness throughout and some juicy hops as well. swallow brings more floral hops and a slight citrus to coat the mouth and fade away. I don't know what rose hips and petals are supposed to add but it must be very sublime because I can't discern anything that I don't recognize...
M: medium mouthfeel with carbonation that starts soft then slowly builds to slightly prickly and then back to soft.
O: looks good, tastes good, has balance, and drinks well. what more could you ask for or expect from sierra nevada? mouthfeel was a tad heavy imo but it isn't overly so.
