Pours an amber color with a faded pink hue and a moderate amount of cloudiness. Head is a thin film and fizzy .
Smell has tons of cider vinager aromas with a mild tart raspberry finish. Malt is light and cracker like and adds a nice balance to the sour aromas.
Taste is sour forward in a very plesent crisp cider like tartness that fades quickly into a lot of funk mixed in with some oak flavors. More tart raspberries and some more funk in te finish.
Mouthfeel is good. Light but sticky from the vinager and cut with a high amount of carbonation. A mild metallic finish however not off putting at all.

On tap at Bittercreek's 2014 Funkfest... Hefty pour into a large goblet... orangish with a definite pinkish tinge... fairly long lasting white head... nice lacing.
Nose is big bretty funk.. damp basement and wet hay/wet leather... fruit is tart and emerges more toward the end.
Flavor is dank funk with a pretty bracing sourness that is punctuated by fermented out raspberry tartness and a bit of fruit tannins.
A lot of stuff going on in this one... I enjoyed it, but doubt I would buy it again.
