A - poured a deep clear red, looks like red wine. slight hint of bubbles
S - smells like wine. grapes mostly. no smell of raspberries.
T - this tastes like wine. i do not drink wine mainly because of the taste. needless to say, this is not a pleasant experience.
M - slightly bubbly, light bodied. i guess kind of like a champagne.
O - this is not what i was expecting AT ALL. was hoping for an ale brewed with raspberries. this just tastes like wine.

On tap at Bittercreek's 2014 Funkfest... Hefty pour into a large goblet... orangish with a definite pinkish tinge... fairly long lasting white head... nice lacing.
Nose is big bretty funk.. damp basement and wet hay/wet leather... fruit is tart and emerges more toward the end.
Flavor is dank funk with a pretty bracing sourness that is punctuated by fermented out raspberry tartness and a bit of fruit tannins.
A lot of stuff going on in this one... I enjoyed it, but doubt I would buy it again.
