From growler to pint glass
A: Cloudy, copper-tan. A lot more color and than expected. A gentle pour yields a small wispy head and almost no lacing.
S: The nose is yeasty, grassy, grainy, almost like a lager. Some citrus notes dance around while honeyed biscuits round the bouquet.
T: More citrusy than the nose, right up front, but not overwhelming. Grain husk combines with a touch of honey. A little peppery towrad the finish, with is short an d balanced.
M: Light-to-medium bodied, not very oily. Amply carbonated.
Way underrated. The released this during the last Citra release, I'm assuming people were too numb from big beers to appreciate this tasty little session brew. Hope they make this again.
Serving type: growler
