22 oz. bomber,
A: Pours a dark amber/red with a 1.5 finger white head with good lace.
S: Nice sweet caramel malt, 1-dimensional, but enjoyable and fragrant.
T: Heavy like the nose on the sweet caramel malt, real light-hopping. A lot like a British mild.
M: Smooth, medium-bodied, soft carbonation.
D: Another well made beer out of Kern River. I've had 4 of their beers in the last month, and I am really quite impressed.

A: Honeylike but red in hue with a ring of off white head.
S: Cherry, nectary fruits, and some orange in the nose.
T: Malty, not a ton of hop presence, some citrus peel and orange zest but subdued.
M: Medium bodied and smoothish.
O: Not the hoppiest amber ale, but a pretty solid offering from Kern River. I'd recommend it.

Thanks to Tieman for sharing this one at his tasting.
Pours a clear copper with a foamy khaki head that settles to a partial film on top of the beer. Small streaks of lace form around the glass on the drink down. Smell is of toasted malt, biscuit, and caramel aromas. Taste is much the same with malt and subdued herbal hop flavors on the finish. There is a mild amount of hop bitterness on the palate with each sip. This beer has a lower level of carbonation with a slightly crisp mouthfeel. Overall, this is an above average beer that is much more on the malty side of things all around.
