The appearance has a somewhat clear copper colored body with a one finger white foamy head that dies to a nice film coating the top of the body. Thick foamy lacing clings smartly to the sides of the glass. The smell has some toasty biscuit malt, a little bit of caramel, toffee all combined and coming through in an earthy sort of mild grassy scent but smells really good. There is nothing off putting. The taste is mainly sweet through the toasty biscuit malt. There is a sweet sticky aftertaste with a quick dry sweet finish. On the palate, it sits about a light to medium on the body, comes across mostly sessionable. Carbonation is extremely smooth for an APA. Overall, this is a pretty well done Pale Ale, but there’s a part of me that says it just might be closer to a sessionable English Pale Ale. No worries, still worthy of getting again.

On tap at Lakehouse Grill. Pours amber with a white head and decent lacing. Slight fruity aroma. Taste is crisp with decent hop bite. Feel is good for a pale ale. A solid beer that's good and easy to drink.

From the bottle, it pours a hazy amber with a nice small head. A bit of malt in the nose. The beer is lightly bitter - just off of sweet - Nice and yummy!

Had on tap at the Common Man in Windham, NH. The beer had a clear copper appearance with some patchy lacing on the sides. Aromas included a honey floral infused hops mix. The taste followed the nose as a nicely balanced and flavored pale ale that was bittersweet from its light hops. The drink was very refreshing with a good, balanced carbonation that made the beer a pleasure to drink. Overall, I thought the mouthfeel was the best aspect of this beer and it went well with a hearty dinner.

Had this on tap at the Italian Farmhouse in Plymouth, NH.
Amber color and clear. Good lasting head that leaves extensive lace.
Amber malted grain smell initially. Modest floral hop later in the aroma.
Short, earthy darker toasted malt start. The hop kicks in muting the base. Relatively short aftertaste. Rich body with a low carbonation.
