12.7 C&C bottle poured into a Heavy Seas tulip (Bottled on 10/9/14)
A: Milky, grayish fog with a tinge of straw to it. No lacing or collar, but a nice head on the initial pour.
S: Earthen funk that is pretty singular and unique.
T: Nice balance of funk, tartness and wheat. A bit plain at times, but very drinkable. Not sure what the age did to this, but it probably mellowed it a bit or added some tartness. I can see why people don't like it though. The picture it paints isn't the sharpest or crispest. It is all kind of muddled.
M: Nice bit of carbonation that rises up fast but maintains a steady note of texture that isn't overly aggressive.
O: I swirled it all together and got the dregs in there as well. You can really feel it working in your stomach and quite quickly I might add.

Pour was a light hay yellow.
Aroma was a nice strawberry smell.
Taste was like a strawberry candle.

Served at the Malted Barley in Westerly RI into a 22oz Hefe glass.
Pours a pale, hazy yellow body with a small ring of a white foam.
Aroma is somewhat plasticky but has nice hints of lemon, wheat, spices, fruit.
Taste is lightly tart apples, fruity, caramel, tart strawberry, creamy caramel. Easy drinker, light body with medium carbonation.
Overall decent, I'd def drink this on a hot summer day.

So much off about this. Plastic, acrid smell dominates the nose and lingers on the palate.
