Poured from a bomber into my Smuttynose pint glass, Bottle conditioned in 2008.
A three finger head which is eggshell and it loiters at the top of the glass for quite a while before falling at a very slow rate. Some decent lacing.
Slightly cloudy and yellow orange in color.
S Honey, sweet malt, caramel and some yeast.
T Sweet malt, Tangy yeasty sweetart taste with a slightly bitter aftertaste. Some alcohol present as well.
M/F Light/Medium in body. Nice carbonation - smooth yet lively.
D Nice Maibock. Drinkable if you're careful....it's easily quaffable and the ABV might catch up with you if you're not careful!
