Bottle courtesy of thetomG. Thanks again for all your help!
From a bottle into a snifter.
Bottle is over a year old.
APPERANCE: A dark brown pour produces a 1+ finger, medium looking, fluffy, tan head with good retention. Head slowly fades to a good wisp and ring. Black body with next to no carbonation evident. A good ring and wisp remain until the end leaving some nice dots of lacing down the glass. Good looking brew.
SMELL: A medium nose of roasted malts, cocoa powder, chocolate and some smoky notes. Lighter notes of cream in the background work well.
TASTE: Roasted up front with smoky notes and caramel flavors. Cocoa, notes of coffee, and good dose of sweet cream ride through the middle into a rather big and lingering aftertaste. Roasted malts, sweet caramel and cream, as well as touches of bitter coffee linger on the palate. Flavorful and has definitely held up just fine for the year.
PALATE: Medium body and medium carbonation. Relatively light on the palate, but creamy enough. Goes down fine and finishes somewhat sticky.
OVERALL: Pretty good stuff really, and has held up nicely over the year. The flavor was very enjoyable and all the parts seemed to balance well together. One worth picking up if you see it. Thanks again thetomG! Recommended.

Black pour tan 3/4" head. Viscosity is strong, retention as well. Dry irish stout aroma, which is pretty much a little bit of roast, peat and smoke.
Taste was nice and sessionable, lacked bitterness, chewy, more peat and smoke but I have a low threshold for both and this was still enjoyable. Never heard of this one but it fits within all the style parameters and was enjoyable.

Poured into a english pint glass, the stout had a soft sweet aroma, and a definite peat reek present, but not overpowering.
Nice dark sandy flat-like color. Dark tan head dissipates except a skim, the lacing clings, and slides down the glass nicely.
Nice, and heavy in mouth, slightly dry from start to finish. The brewery says the peated malt is from England, but is sparsely added. It is a nice touch to a genuine tasting stout. It does not overpower. Its like sipping a wee dram during your beer. Not a heavy peated Islay scotch, just a Johnny Walker, or J&b. The sweet background is nice, cinnamon hint, its a good balance to the dryness.
This is a overall excellent beer on this cold January night thats dipping to - 0. A good flavorful stout. I meant to pick up a certain Imperial Stout tonight, wasn't available, this was a great substitute.
