Turns out, Belgian yeast plus plums creates a smell very much like vomit (as noted by other reviews). I seriously recommend *not* inhaling while you drink, in which case it isn't too bad, especially if you think of it as a Belgian pale with fruit added, rather than as a sour/wild ale.

Poured from a cork'n'cage bomber into a Dogfish Head tulip
L: Murky mud brown pour with thin fizzy white head. Modest ring of lacing.
S: Tart and funky... plum and dark fruits.
T/F: Follows the nose. Tart up front with unripened fruits and plum. Acidic with some light vinegar notes... more plum and fruit mid to late swig. A bit of funk... prune, raisin, lemon rind, and earth with some brown sugar buried far in the mix. Medium to light bodied... decent carbonation.
O: A pleasant sour... good complex flavor and the promised plum comes through nicely. A fun little beer.

This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a dark purple to ruddy brown color with a one finger white to off white foamy head that dissipated immediately. Barely any lacing stuck around but what was there rode right on into the beer. The smell started off with sugared plums,. Light biscuits slyly move in underneath sour citrus rind. Light dry woodiness adds a nice edge. The taste encompasses all of the previously mentioned flavors and yields to a dry sour to dry tart and tanginess leading into the aftertaste and having a dry sour tangy finish. On the palate, this was about medium bodied with a fair sipping quality about it. Carbonation runs appropriately for an American Wild ale. Overall, interesting American Wild ale where the aroma doesn’t exactly match the flavor, I liked it for me, pretty sure I could revisit this.

Oak and tannins on the nose.
Plum skin, tart on the palate, slightly nutty, yeasty.

Poured from the 750 into stemmed Teku glass.
Pours a nice garnet color with one finger of head the dissipates.
Aromas are some mild sour yeatiness with nice fruit presence.
Flavor is tart, a bit acidic with raisin, grape and plum notes prominent.
Mouthfeel was good.
Honestly there wasn't a ton wrong here, maybe a bit muddles flavor wise. But I liked it!

Thanks to Groleau for the share!
Has a nice discreet plum presence especially in the finish. Certainly has Belgian influence but no yeast attributes. Love the finish, dry with a bit of cork.

Copper/amber with a fluffy, uniform white head across the whole surface. Minimal spotty lacing. No legs.
Somewhat bland nose, and what's there isn't great. Overly sweet. Reminds me of Red Bull, akin to liquid Smarties. Light spice found in Belgian yeast, and a little bit of caramel malt.
Flat out gross. Like 40% poorly aged dubbel mixed with 60% tap water. Malty and minute spice. Light tartness on the back end, but it's somewhat of a sharp, astringent sour. Little to no plums present, but the bottle is getting up there in age, so I can't fault that aspect. The vomit notes mentioned in other reviews are way overblown.
Low-ish carbonation. Light body, but kind of syrupy. Bready and dry finish.
Bad sour, bad Belgian, bad beer. Complete waste of money.

Very dark amber with no head. Very faint nose that hints if fruit. Taste does show the plum, but the beer base is less than good. Belgian notes muted. Heavier than expected body and lacking carbonation.
