L: Poured from a bottle to a pint glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was half inch of creamy, tan-colored, fairly long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.
S: A good, but not outstanding, aroma of coffee, chocolate, roasted malt, lactose, and hops.
T: Tasted of a fair amount of roasted malt, light hops (mostly in the finish), a bit of dark chocolate, some lactose, a moderate amount of coffee (not quite enough), and a tinge of caramel. This is one of those "not bad, but not great" kind of flavors. It isn't pushed quite far enough. Still, it's not terrible.
F: A solid amount of carbonation with a very smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An uneven beer, but it has its good points. Drinkable, for the most part.

First try of this beer. It pours dark brown with a tan bubbly head. The smell to me was somewhat faint, but what I got smelled good, coffee heavy obviously and slightly nutty, don't get much chocolate on the nose. The taste is excellent, medium roast coffee and a somewhat sweet light chocolate taste, definitely more dominated by the coffee though. Mouthfeel is nice, thin, not so thick like a lot of stouts and pleasantly carbonated. Goes down incredibly easy at 8.1%... I am enjoying a bomber of this beer on Friday after a hard days work with an Alec Bradley American Sun Grown cigar and it is a beautiful pairing and very relaxing. Another great beer I have tried from Uinta, give it a shot.

A - Black pour with a thick, bubbly, dark cream colored head. Swirl the glass and it sticks to the sides like cotton candy.
S - Dark chocolate and refined coffee grinds. Coffee dominates the nose.
T - Coffee grinds are distinct from start to finish with some dark bitter chocolate surfacing and ends with a bittersweet cocoa/coffee.
M - Medium thickness, creamy texture, ends slightly lighter in texture.
O - Enjoyable and easy to drink.
