Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – Served an amber colored brew with a one finger pure white fluffy head. The head fades fast to a thin film leaving a very light level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very light overall, but consists of some light bready smells as well as aromas of lighter fruits (apple, pear and orange) and citrus hop aromas of a more grapefruit and lemon variety.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and biscuit taste with an upfront showing of some citrus hop tastes of a grapefruit nature. As the flavors advance a light sweetness of brown sugar and honey comes to the tongue as well as a small amount of an orange and pear fruit taste. The brew by no means takes on a sweet taste at this point however, as some flavors of a more grassy and herbal hop as well as an intensification of the grapefruit hop come to the tongue. In the end one is left with a somewhat off slightly sweet and rather citrus bitter hopped bready taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is quite high with tons of fizzy carbonation bubbles. The feel is quite appropriate for the more session style of the brew and make it quite easy to drink.
Overall – An alright APA, although there is something a bit off at the end of the taste with the combination of the bitter grapefruit hop and light honey and brown sugar sweetness, with the two combining in a not so harmonious fashion.

Pours a clear gold with billowing dense white head. Thick rings of lace down the glass, great retention. Smell: light biscuit, light citrus, pine and apricot. Taste: crackery malt with a little extra fruit sweetness, grapefruit and pine - not a lot. Nice, actually. Best before mid May '14.

A - copper hue with a nice white foamy head which persists through the drinking
S - Earthy and a bit of citrus/pine
T - Very mild, slightly sweet with a twinge of lingering bitterness at the end
M - A tiny tingle on the tongue, mostly very smooth and not a whole lot going on here
O - Give this a 4 overall because its an extremely session able beer whose niche is to be drank from the can on the trail. Not very exciting out of a glass.

nice amber, orange color with a white fluffy head. the smell is mostly candied fruits, lots of sweet malts mixed with grapefruit and other tropical fruits. the taste is subdued on the fruity hops but still sweet. maybe a little more grassy than in the nose. i really enjoyed drinking this one - went down super easy with nice medium carbonation. all in all i was really happy with this one and will certainly have again.
