Served on tap in a pint glass
Appearance – Served an amber colored brew with a one finger pure white fluffy head. The head fades fast to a thin film leaving a very light level of lace on the sides of the glass.
Smell – The aroma is very light overall, but consists of some light bready smells as well as aromas of lighter fruits (apple, pear and orange) and citrus hop aromas of a more grapefruit and lemon variety.
Taste – The taste begins with a bready and biscuit taste with an upfront showing of some citrus hop tastes of a grapefruit nature. As the flavors advance a light sweetness of brown sugar and honey comes to the tongue as well as a small amount of an orange and pear fruit taste. The brew by no means takes on a sweet taste at this point however, as some flavors of a more grassy and herbal hop as well as an intensification of the grapefruit hop come to the tongue. In the end one is left with a somewhat off slightly sweet and rather citrus bitter hopped bready taste on the tongue.
Mouthfeel –The body of the beer is on the thinner side with a carbonation level that is quite high with tons of fizzy carbonation bubbles. The feel is quite appropriate for the more session style of the brew and make it quite easy to drink.
Overall – An alright APA, although there is something a bit off at the end of the taste with the combination of the bitter grapefruit hop and light honey and brown sugar sweetness, with the two combining in a not so harmonious fashion.

Kudos for the can.
A: Pours an amber, copper in color with a very small amount of head that fades into a bit of film very quickly. Carbonation seems low. Looks more like an amber ale than an extra pale ale.
S: The aroma is hop dominant with an across-the-spectrum representation of floral, pine and citrus. There is a definite malt presence as well, mostly honey and bread, and some earthiness lingering in the background.
T: The malts shine up front with some bread and roast giving way to a bitter, lemony citrus hop middle and finishing with a mix of the two. Aftertaste is bitter citrus and bread.
M: Light bodied with lively carbonation that prickles the tongue, there isn't much substance here except maybe a hint of chewiness. Goes down very smooth and finishes a bit dry. Quite sessionable.
O: Not quite what I was expecting, it came off more of an amber/pale ale hybrid to me. That said, it was balanced, tasty and quite sessionable. I still have yet to find a brew from Uinta that blows me away, but this is probably one of their better offerings. I wouldn't seek it out, but it would be a nice companion on the trail or during a picnic. Cheers!

Dark golden color, a little haze. Lots of carbonation rising up. Thick rocky head.
Fruity, some citrus, clean malt.
Clean malts, a little caramel and touch of honey. Fruity, apricot. Mild-medium hop bitterness, grassy-citrus. Finish is crisp and bitter. Body is crisp, refreshing, dry, smooth.
It's a very good American Pale Ale. Very sessionable.

Appropriately, this is a very pale straw gold with about 3/4ths of an inch of head. Nice lacing. Aroma offers some nice sharp, grassy hops, though it's a little faint. Good hop flavor, grassy with some citrus, and moderately high bitterness. Malt is very faint. Clean, light bodied, pretty refreshing. Decent hoppy session beer.
