A lighter bodied pale ale, this EPA is aggressively dry hopped to showcase fresh hop flavors and aromas.

Found this in my mom's closet, bottled almost exactly three years ago. This is the longest-aged beer I have ever tried, and it is by complete accident.
L: Less than a finger of persistent white head that lingers as a thin film. Well-carbonated nonetheless, as it lingers for a good long while. Excessive sediment clouds the orange-amber brown body with rare faint black speckles along with lighter colored gunk. Looks organic and unfiltered.
S: Super beery for 4%, but in a malty way. Almost has some barleywine flavors like soy sauce, oak, juniper, and white pepper, but also carries a tad bit of lingering hop character. Only a hint of orange peel and lemon peel can really speak for themselves. Whole wheat bread is an afterthought.
T: I could drink these aged as much as fresh. An appropriately malty light beer for aging, and it was just bready enough to save itself from death. Would have been absolute crap if it had not been quite as rich. Pear, plum, apricot, lemon peel, and orange peel followed by salty soy sauce and peppery whole wheat and rye bread all balanced by woody oak. Excellent flavor profile.
F: Thin and tame, with not much bite remaining.
O: I want to try a fresh one again to compare, but I think it deserves a higher rating than it gets.

Bottle to pint glass.
AROMA: A little hops, a little barley...nothing special.
LOOK: Yellow color, decent creamy head.
TASTE: More malty than hoppy.
Overall, not very Wyld at all, pretty tame. Below average.

Pours a hazy golden color with light foamy head and mildly sticky lacing. Enjoyable hoppy flavor and refreshing too. Organic ingredients and made with renewable power, so can be considered a "green" beer.

This Extra Pale Ale was surprise as the extra didn't mean hops but pale-er than pale ale. Watered down, light. Decent head and great lacing. Golden cloudy appearance. Smells of grass, florals, and citrus. Tastes right along those lines with malts and lemony bitterness in the finish. Pale light. Drinks like a farm ale.
