Poured from a 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Reviewed live.

A- Quarter inch retention that fades in 30 seconds. No lacing to speak of. Pale golden color, moderate clarity. Pretty weak looking.

S- Floral hoppiness with light citrusy touches. Hop oil smell that is somewhat acrid. Not very good.

T- The hop oil is strong, it's not even bitter so much as acidic.

M- Medium bodied, smooth.

O- This is a doozy. Not in a good way. Avoid this badboy.

Look: Very pale yellowish orange with a big light and fluffy white head. Appearance reminds me of a saison.

Smell: Very light citrus on the nose. Lemon and orange notes.

Taste: Flavor is almost non existant. Some biscuit like sweetness and an ever so faint citrus taste. Very light but highly carbonated. A small amount of grassiness.

I should have checked the bottled on date before i purchased because i didnt notice until i opened said bottle that this particular beer is about 10 months old already. Not sure how much hoppiness it's lost in that time. That being said i could session this on a warm day easily.
Plus it's organic.

Poured from a bottle into a pint glass.

Look - orange-like golden color, clear, with about 2 fingers of fluffy off-white colored foam that dissipates slowly.

Smell - a little hoppy, and notes of citrus in the smell.

Taste and Mouthfeel - strong earthy taste, hoppy, but with a cereal-like hoppiness. A little odd-tasting, but not bad. Texture is nicely balanced.

Overall - an interesting beer to try. Not terribly intriguing either though. Still, worth trying!

A: There was a little foam over after uncapping this beer, a solid centimeter of frothy head on a medium pour, Deep gold - 3.00, S: A very pleasant aroma, some nice earthy hops, a few hints of bubblegum, definite grassiness - 4.25, T: Solid hop bite, dry, tastes like some green/fresh hops are part of the build though given the bottling date of May 2008 - I doubt I would pick that up over a year later, I do wonder how much more prominent the hops would have been if it had been fresher - 4.25, M: 4.00, D: A very enjoyable and drinkable extra pale ale - then again that is coming from a hophead and this one doesn't disappoint, as an organic beer there is absolutely no loss in taste. Apparently "Four +" is affiliated with Uinta Brewing, I'd gladly drink this beer again - 4.50
