Poured into a hefe glass. Color was a very light pale straw with a milky white head. Initially poured a 3 finger head that lasted 5-10 minutes. A small 1 finger head lasted for most of the beer. Constant streams of carbonation rose for about 15 minutes. Aroma was slightly sweet, and slightly wheaty. Taste was very pleasant, slightly citrusy, a tad sweet, a tad of hoppy bitterness, but very balanced. Felt ok in the mouth. Slightly over bitter on the toungue, but coated well and felt solid. A nice summer beer. Definitely worth drinking.

Pours a hazy and very pale yellow with a fat creamy head of white foam that lasts and leaves great lace. Nose is malty with only a touch of sweetness on it. No fruity esters, no hops to speak of on the nose really. A faint little floral does creep into the background. As it warms a touch of sweet grass also makes it's way into the nose. That floral is very uplifting in the nose. It's not a loud nose so you have to get right down in the glass.
Taste is excellent. Favors the malt and the hops are restrained. They offer balance, beauty and not too much bitterness to the drink. The herbal and the malt come together softly and sweetly in the dry finish. It's smooth and very easy to drink.
I think it's excellent and with an abv of only 4% this is a tasty little summer beer. Blonde ales are cousins to kolsch and this one sure reminds you of that. I would say that it's only flaw is that the bitterness becomes a bit much as it lingers.

Like the Wyld, this is another extremely pale beer, with excellent head retention and nice lacing. The nose, though, is extremely faint, just some distant hops. The flavor leans toward the sweet side, with a clean, though slightly grainy, malt profile. Some bitterness comes through at the end, drying things a little, but not much hop flavor exists.
Rather bland and uninteresting.
