A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and some faint straw yellow highlights. The beer has a two finger tall dense foamy off-white head that reduces to a pillowy thick film covering the entire surface of the beer and an even thick ring at the edges of the glass. Significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Light aromas of pale malts and grains with some hints of grassy and herbal hops.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of pale and grainy malts with minimal amounts of sweetness. There is a slightly stronger flavor of herbal and grassy hops that impart a light amount of bitterness which lingers slightly.
M: Light bodied with a just shy of moderate amount of carbonation. Refreshing.
O: Easy to drink, sessionable, and refreshing... A very enjoyable beer for a hot summer afternoon/evening.

A thanks to the legendary woodychandler for this beer. Poured from a 12 oz. can. Has a cloudy yellow color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is malty, lemons, some floral notes. Taste is lemony, malts, a bit of floral hops, easy drinking and refreshing. Feels light in the mouth and overall would be a fine session beer.

It warmed up today to the point that my backyard has thawed out and I even discovered a spent CAN that someone threw over the fence prior to the first snowfall! People everywhere know of The CANQuest (TM) and often leave me spent CANs for recycling or otherwise. It was not warm enough to remind me of Summer, but it beat the intense cold of late.
From the CAN: "Brewed with ORGANIC barley & hops"; "Earth, Wind and Beer Sunkissed by Uinta Brewing Co. Salt Lake City UT"; "Brewed with renewable power"; "Certified Organic by the Utah Department of Agriculture & Food".
I heard a nice, loud Crack so I celebrated with an inverted Glug, resulting in two-plus fingers of soft, bone-white head with good retention that resembled meringue. Color was a hazy lemon-yellow (SRM = 4). Nose had a lemony, grassy scent and lemongrass was certainly a possibility. Frankly, it reminded me more of a Pilsner than a Blonde. Mouthfeel was very soft, caressing my poor, bruised tongue and washing it with a lemony, biscuity flavor. I stand behind thinking of it as a German Pilsner. Finish was semi-dry, refreshing and a definite possibility for inclusion in the cooler in the Sum'r, I mean, Summer.
