Pours a hazy golden with a thin white head. Little bit of retention and lacing. Aroma is of fruit and candy. Nice, but really weak. Body is medium and fizzy. Taste is of sweet tart candy. Notes of orange and lemon as well. Certainly not in the elite of this style, but worth a try.

Served on-draught into a pilsner glass with a lemon garnish (ugh!) at Ray's Tavern in Utah. Reviewed from notes.
A: Pours a one finger wide head of white colour. nice thickness, okay cream, and average retention.
Body colour is a murky hazy copper. Dull. No yeast particles are visible. No bubble show.
Sm: Vague orange peel. Maybe yeast-derived clove. Mild in strength. Disappointingly simple.
T: Wheat forms the base, with muted orange peel and some clove. Quite simple, but pleasant. It's alright. A bit lackluster for the style. Decently balanced.
Mf: Smooth, wet, light, and of good thickness. Good carbonation.
Dr: Nicely drinkable, but not a great hefeweizen. I wouldn't get it again. Too simple and boring. I like it, but it just isn't up to par with good examples of the style. Hides its ABV nicely.
