A- pours a bright chestnut with ruby hues, small creamy light tan head that subdues to a small layer, minimal lacing
S- vanilla and oak up front, the woodsy oak is pronounced. Sweet brown sugar with some nutmeg, a bit of raw pumpkin, quite complex
T- flavors of oak and sweet vanilla on first sip, notes of brown sugar with some nutmeg and pumpkin meat, finishes sweet with some oaky notes. Flavors become much more complex as it warms. Overall it's a warming drink, but not overpowering, the ABV is hidden very well
M- medium body, barely traceable carbonation, finishes a bit velvety and smooth
O- beyond different that's any other pumpkin ale that I've had, very complex and surprisingly drinkable at 10.31%. It is quite sweet, so this bottle would be great to share. Overall very good.
