On draught at The Bier Stein, appearence is orange with a creamy white head leaving thick, tight lace rings.
Smell is pungent, resinous piney hops.
Taste is similar, but not as dank. Fairly malty, cheap 2-row, a little dirty.
Mouthfeel is oily, medium bodied.
Drinkability is pretty solid. Not great though, an average west coast hop bomb. Overall impression of coarseness...

Pours a hazy yellow-orange with a big, creamy, sticky head. The aroma is not particularly potent, a nice respite from the big beers I was enjoying the other night. Smells of pine and fruit, but mellow - not too sweet. Tastes nice, mild bitterness on the finish, echoes the smell. Mouthfeel is pretty darn good - creamy and tingly, but not too much so.
My fist offering from Uinta. Very nice.
