Appearance: Cloudy with a three finger head that faded quickly, but great lacing.

Smell : Complex smell of hops, citrus, pine, herbal, earthy and grass.

Taste : Wonderful taste with the hops, grapefruit, pine and grass. There is a bitterness that lingers in a good way.

Mouthfeel: This beer is well carbonated and a little coarse.

Overall: This beer is in my top ten that we can easily find here in Maine. Great beer overall.

Serving type: Twelve ounce bottle into a beer mug.

Pours a clean golden-amber, with attractive 2-finger head of off-white foam. Lovely tree-line lacing.

Nose is sweet citrus and floral hops. Yum.

Taste is heavy-duty, high alpha hops through and through. I get notes of sticky pine, citrus, and a lingering bitterness. Hop Nosh is a superlative hop bomb, and one I thoroughly enjoyed. Would love to try a brand new, fresh bottle one day, but meantime, this is a wonderful IPA, no doubt about it.
