Wow. Had in bottle and can. I must say the can is 100xs . Hop aroma is more intense. Maybe freshness caused . Very drinkable and easy to get. For my money really hard to beat. Bitterness is perfect crisp on the tongue but cleans very nicely. Carbonation is perfect. Would love to try on tap

12oz can, best before 9/22/14, poured into a Three Floyds Pint glass.

The beer pours a soft golden color, hues of straw and copper, slight chill haze with a few bubbles rising to the top of the glass. A thick, foamy, frothy, white head, about 2 fingers high rises and settles nicely atop the beer that has nice retention and leaves a nice amount of soapy lace behind. The aroma is very pleasant, grassy hops, light piney resin, mild citrus with some wildflower and a soft, pale malt backbone. The flavors are nice, much more potent hop flavor, lots of citrus, wildflower, pine, hop spice and grassiness, diverse but balanced with just a kiss of pale, honey malt at the end, lightly sweet, but the hop bitterness isn't too over the top to begin with, very enjoyable. The body is nice, fairly juicy with a nice liveliness to it, coats the mouth well and finishes easily with a lightly dry bite.

Verdict: A very nice IPA from Uinta. This can definitely changed my perception of this beer, perhaps before, all my experiences, including draft, were from older and less fresh kegs/cans/bottles, but I am very impressed with this when fresh. Bright, balanced and refreshing, everything one could ask for in an IPA.
