Great looking clear golden color is a nice intro to a beer thats been looking at me each time I open the beer fridge. Nice hop aroma and slight malt backbone. Great lingering bitterness and hoppy flavor keeps me coming back.

Ok, so the truth is that I've been puttin back homebrew most of the night and my tastes buds are a little worn out. I can conceive a great hop profile built within the proper malt structure and the lacing shows me that proper brewing techniques were employed along with the freshest ingredients to craft an exceptional ale There Black IPA was money as well so you know these guys are doing it right. Grab something from Uinta, you won't be disappointed.

Had this on-tap at Paradise by the Slice.
The body was a golden/orange color body with a small head on it. The smell was nice of pine and a hint of citrus. The taste was nice strong of bitter hops and pine flavor on the back of the tongue. Very nice mouth feel and overall a really good hoppy beer.

The hazy amber body, and the relatively small, but durable, head gave this beer an attractive look. The smell was mostly citric hops with some overtones of hay. The taste had a crisp bitterness from the generous levels of hops, and the malt was biscuit like and light. The finish was citric and slightly spicy. If there was anything to dislike about this beer, it was the slightly metallic aftertaste. The body was medium thick, and allowed the hops to coat the tongue. This was well put together IPA for me.

Bottled 4/9/12

Pours a brilliant bronzed copper hue with a pillowy head that recedes into a solid off white cap with excellent lacing.

Nose is toasted grain, green hops, herbal vinous hops, some slight pine.

Taste is a let down. Somewhat of a metallic twinge to the hop bitterness. Still very green herbalness to the hops. Not a fan...and then it grows on me. The metal disappears and instead its just hoppy leafy bitterness.

Mouthfeel is slightly syrupy with a nice kick from the combination of carbonation bitterness and alcohol. Good balance between the two sides.

Overall this is a pretty good ipa, i usually lean towards more citrusy stuff, but this is a nice changeup. Grew on me very much throughout the beer.
