Located in an industrial park south of the city, the nav system took me on a route that had me wondering if I was going to find the brewery.

Once there the brewery has a tasting room with a limited menu. The tasting room was very industrial/ warehouse decor with a small indoor area with a few tables and a bar. The outside patio area was a little larger with a few more tables.
The inside area also made room for a pool table and dart area. The atmosphere at 1:00 PM was very loud with a large crowd eating lunch.

The all of the Unita brews were available with the exception of the high ABV beer, that you have purchase outside of Utah( great state laws, at least they sell beer now). There were 9 to 10 brews on tap and a a nice bottle selection of their brews.

Service was very good for as crowded as it was. the staff was friendly, helpful and in good spirits.

Food selection was limited to soup and sandwiches. The clam chowder was very good. Prices are very reasonable.

Overall this was a very good experience, I'd recommend taking the drive out of town to stop by. Lunch is served 11- 3. (1,099 characters)

I was in town for one day and the brewery was closed for remodeling. my low rating is out of spite. Wish I could have enjoyed the place, but c'mon, no temporary drinking room (174 characters)

Although the pub was being renovated, I had a great experience with their selection, food, tour, and apparel. (109 characters)

My only pre-planned stop in SLC when visiting over the summer. I have always been a loyal buyer of Uinta beers. I think when fresh they are among the most consistent and tasty beers for an overall lineup of flagships that there is. I have to admit I also love the artwork on their products. Located in an industrial part of town similar to about 90% of the other breweries I have visited with plenty of parking. The tasting room was spacious with a medium sized bar and tables surrounding that. Merch room and bottles to go also located in the tasting room; a good selection of both. We ended up getting two flights and the beer was priced well and super fresh as it should be at the brewery. Having Wyld that fresh was an eye opening experience. Half of the beers I had before this visit and they were even better from the source. I think we tried 8 samples between the two flights and were very happy with the quality. Food was solid. It was a simple create your own sandwich checklist style menu but very tasty and affordable. I would consider this my favorite stop in SLC and a must visit for any craft fan in the area. After sampling the brews of Utah I now realize why Uinta has such a bigger reach than the rest; just good to great all around. (1,250 characters)
