On tap at the Lodge in Boca Raton, poured into a pint.
A: Extremely mild haze to a light amber with big head.
S: Spiced citrus hops and faint sweet malts on the nose.
T/M: Smooth beer that is perfect for a Florida summer's day. Starts sweet and tart with a slow transition to the hop bitterness in the back.
Serving type: on-tap

Undated bottle at 35 degrees into imperial pint glass
Aroma of malt
Head small (2 cm), fizzy, off white, quickly diminishing to 2 mm ring and scattered bubbles
Body light amber, clear
Flavor of light malt, slight hoppiness, and just a hint of diacetyl. No alcohol taste. Flavor very short-lived.
Palate light to medium, watery, lively carbonation.
Very nice ale, have consumed many and would recommend it. The fizzy head and lack of lacing detract from the appearance. Still not a tasty as a Yorkshire dark ale.
