Bottle poured into a Pint glass

A - Pours a clear copper in color with a slightly creamy, but also light, 1 finger head that dissipates somewhat quickly to a thin lacing. 3.5/5

S - Malty, both sweet and toasty. Caramel. Grainy. A bit of a yeasty aroma is also present which results in a somewhat bready aroma. There is a light floral aroma from the hops here but the malt dominates the aroma. 3.75/5

T - Sweetness from the malt is the first note to hit my tongue. There is a fruitiness reminiscent of green apple. There is a tartness to go along with the green apple note. The hops on the back end have a very herbal and grassy flavors to them. 3.75/5

M - Very light with a crisp, dry finish. Moderate carbonation. Slight lingering grainy/bready feel after swallow. 3.5/5

O - Very enjoyable beer with a variety of flavors. Light-medium body makes for easy drinkability. Not overly complex but not expected to be. Nice session beer. 3.5/5
