It is located off of the William Penn Highway, east of Monroeville. There is a local shopping plaza with a few craft stores and a DirectBuy.
There are 2 entrances to this restaurant; the bar is on the left and the restaurant is on the right. If you would like to purchase a mixed 6 pack of craft beer, go to the entrance on the right. There, you can find beers from Anderson Valley, Dogfish Head, Boulder Beer, San Diego BC, Troegs, Ommegang, and many more (I haven't tried anymore [yet]).
The bar is U-Shaped with plenty of televisions surrounding it. Around the bar is plenty of booths for people to sit/eat. At the bar are plenty of great craft brews too. I finally found my Troeg's Naked Elf (they have a lot of their seasonal stuff). Also, they have Sierra Nevada Seasonal, Hoegarden, Penn Brewery, Boulder Beer, Lindemann's (at least 4 different types) and plenty more.
On Monday nights, they have $2 draught night. I would suggest coming on this night and purchasing a Lindemann's Framboise with Hoegarden (excellent choice).
I ate their wings and mozzarella cheese. Wings are good, you are able to split a dozen of your own flavors. Garlic wings are extremely garlicy and the hot are not as hot as one would think.
Service was great. The waitress at the bar (we sat at those booths) gave us free samples of a bunch of beer at the bar. She got a great tip. However, she didn't know much about craft beer. Bartender served each beer in the specific glass it was supposed to.
Great secret in Pittsburgh!

Bella Luna is located in a nondescript strip mall along Route 22 just before entering Murrysville. Pat Catan's and Pool City are the main tenants. This place is definitely worth seeking out. The food is superb. A wood fired oven puts out great thin crust gourmet pizza and the kitchen has everything from overstuffed sandwiches to upscale cuisine.
All this is embellished by a well thought out beer list. To name some regulars they have a Sierra Nevada seasonal, a Troeg's seasonal and a Lancaster Brewing seasonal. Can you say Celebration Ale, Milk Stout, Harvest Ale, Mad Elf or even Naked Elf, I've had Aprihop, Sierra Ruthless Weizen, as well as Allagash Tripel on tap at all times. Not everyone gets Troeg's Nugget Nectar but Bella Luna did. A cooler filled with microbrews greets you as you enter the restaurant door as well.
For a superb meal washed down by a great beer this place is hard to beat.
