This is a nice pilsner. I had it at Great American Ballparks as I watched the Reds swat the Atlanta Braves on a nice summer afternoon which may have added to the enjoyment, especially considering the swill everyone else around me was drinking for just about the same price. Anyway the color was golden and the head was nice with some good lacing. The smell was that of a northern pilsner with the hops and grain right up front. The flavor was much the same with a good base of malt that sweetened it up just enough. Nice balance. Very characteristic.
Serving type: on-tap
