Poured from a 500ml bottle into a wizen glass.
This beer has passed me by so many times and I can't believe how good it is. Truly a session hefeweizen. Pours a beautiful golden amber orange color with a nice hazy tone that clouds the glass. Smells very pretty. Has a big lemon and coriander aroma with some herbal basil and even some brown sugar on the nose. Perfect. Very faint banana peel too. Taste is very very nice. Great to see an authentic German hefe have such balance. Really restrained banana peel, lemon acidity and a creamy balance to the intense carbonation. Mouthfeel is also perfect as it has a creamy feel to it and doesn't has that over astrigenty dry feeling after each sip. This is going to be a staple in my fridge from now on. Really one of my favorite German hefe.
