A - Cloudy, hazy wheat blond color with a big head, good retention.
S - Smells of tangy fruit, sweet dry wheat and some spices. Sort of funky and musky in the nose.
T - This one is a murky wheat with that unfiltered taste. Earthy and taste with some bitterness and mild fruit flavor thrown in. The spices can be tasted and the fruit is mostly in the nose.
M - Heavily carbonated and medium-thick bodied. Thicker body yea but not too heavy to enjoy. Crisp flavors and a sharp combination of them all.
D - This brew is great to drink all year round. If you love unfiltered wheat and yeast to chew on then you'll love Franziskaner. Light enough in nature to have a few.
Notes - This is one of my go-to weissbiers and is good out of the bottle and on tap. Cool to see it properly vaccuum poured into a nice tall wheat glass. Enjoy.
Serving type: on-tap
