Served in a tulip glass, poured from a 16.9 oz. bottle.
A - A cloudy medium amber with a giant pillow of soft, off-white head, that retains well and leaves lots of loose lacing.
S - Not very powerful, but good wheat, lemon, and banana on the nose.
T - Slightly milky, lemony start, flowing into its spicy and fruity banana notes, held together by fresh wheat taste. Finishes clean.
M - Fairly weighty but held up by lots of carbonation.
D - The only thing holding it back from perfect is how filling it is. Otherwise, this is a great session brew.
Overall - Another excellent, traditional hefe. Not as transcendentally amazing as Weihanstephaner, but still a great choice. I'll definitely be buying this one again sometime.
