This hefe pours darker than most and is a cloudy almost orange, yellow. Pour a very nice full head with holes and craters on the surface. Very tiny, but highly carbonated, almost like looking at a champaigne. The nose gives off orange, citrus, coriander, and very subtle bananna hints. The taste has a little more zest than most hefes but is sticks to the traditional orange, citrus, coriander, and wheat with a sweet malt some acidity and a slight bitter hops finish. A great hefe and one of the top choices in my house.
