Appearance: Pours the typical hazy peach with a thick, white head that settles to a small ring. Retention is a bit weak...
Smell: Wonderful aroma of banana, clove, and spicy yeast.
Taste: Tart with lots of banana, clove, and a yeasty flavor that is both spicy and musty. Great balance.
Mouthfeel: Medium in body with a crisp, refreshing mouthfeel. Leaves a bit of dryness on the palate.
Drinkability: Really good... This is a well done example of a traditional German wheat bier. It may not be the best, but it's still extremely drinkable.
Serving type: on-tap
