A: Huge fluffy head formed right away at least about 3 1/2in. Disapates rapidly, but from the outside in until the inside finally caved in on itself, then is stayed where it was. Very fun to watch. Color is cloudy neon orange, almost glowing with lots of visible carbonation.
S: Very yeasty which I didn't really like, but smelled strongly of clove too which I did like.
T: Yeast flavors were noticable, but not too strong. Midtaste subtle wheat flavors come out followed by hints of banana. Finish is sweet and spicy.
M: Medium bodied yet kind of thick with a good amount of carbonation. Very smooth
D: Nice to finally see what a real Hefe Weizen taste like. I liked it enough to want to further explore the style. I'd drink this again.
